When growing up feels overwhelming

Academic pressure, distraction, poor sleep, and strong emotions can make even ordinary days feel difficult to manage.

Brain training supports the self-regulation skills teenagers use to pause, focus, and respond with greater control.

When work follows you home

Constant decisions, notifications, and deadlines can leave the mind wired, scattered, and unable to properly recover.

Brain training supports calm attention and the ability to shift between high performance and genuine rest.

When pressure disrupts performance

A tense moment, one mistake, or poor recovery can interrupt timing and confidence even after excellent physical preparation.

Brain training helps athletes practise the calm, adaptable mental state that supports reliable execution.

We are so confident in this programme that we offer a money-back guarantee to clients who enrol in and complete five full cycles (25 sessions) of continuous weekly training. Guarantee terms apply — clients must complete all 25 sessions within a continuous weekly framework. Specific results and guarantee details are outlined in the Client Service Agreement.

The first 10 sessions are mandatory, scheduled 3–5 times per week. Follow-up sessions run 2–3 times per week, up to a total of 20–25 sessions. Each training session is 60 minutes. Every appointment includes a personalised blend of 2–3 targeted protocols from the five core brain pillars: Connectivity, Sensorimotor, Frequency, Midline Integration, and Posterior/Learning.

Brain Training

A brain exercise for everyone using technological methods to teach the brain self-regulation.

Watch a Training Session

A short clip of a real neurofeedback session — sensor placement, the brainwave display, and what the client experiences.

01
Sensors & Brain Reading

Electrodes in a lightweight cap measure your brain's electrical activity (EEG) in real time — like a camera recording moment by moment.

02
Real-Time Feedback

A computer translates your brainwave patterns into audio or visual cues — a movie that brightens and dims, or a tone that rises and falls. You simply watch or listen.

03
The Brain Learns

When your brain produces desirable patterns, the feedback rewards it. When it drifts, the cue subtly shifts — prompting natural self-correction. No conscious effort required.

04
Lasting Self-Regulation

Repeated sessions help the brain internalise new patterns and achieve stable, optimal states independently — improvements that persist beyond training.

Before and After Brain Training

Before
The brain is working harder
Anabela tired at her desk before brain training
Flora tired at a classroom desk before brain training
  • Scattered focus Attention jumps between tasks and details slip.
  • Restless sleep The nervous system stays switched on at night.
  • Fast stress reactions Small triggers feel bigger than they should.
  • Uneven energy Peaks and crashes make the day harder to pace.
After
The brain self-regulates better
Anabela smiling and writing after brain training
Flora smiling while teaching after brain training
  • Steadier attention Focus holds longer with less internal noise.
  • Deeper rest Sleep becomes easier to enter and maintain.
  • More emotional control Recovery after stress feels quicker and smoother.
  • Clearer daily rhythm Energy, focus, and calm feel more consistent.

MindLubella provides general wellness brain training and educational support. Neurofeedback training is a non-invasive, drug-free approach to support self-regulation of brainwave activity. Results vary by person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before your first brain training session.

Who is brain training suitable for?
MindLubella works with students, teenagers, professionals, athletes, and older adults who want support with focus, calm, sleep, emotional regulation, learning, or performance.
Do I need to talk during the session?
No. Brain training is not talk therapy. During the training portion, you usually sit, watch, listen, and let the feedback guide your brain toward steadier patterns.
What happens before my first appointment?
You complete a short intake form so we understand your goals, current challenges, and main priorities. This helps the practitioner prepare a more relevant first session.
What happens in the first consultation?
The first consultation includes intake review, brain mapping, goal setting, and a personalised training plan. It is designed to identify where training should begin.
Is the training non-invasive?
Yes. Sensors read brain activity; they do not put anything into the brain. The method is drug-free, surgery-free, and based on feedback learning.
How many sessions do people usually need?
Many clients follow a structured plan of 20–25 sessions for more stable training effects. The right number depends on goals, consistency, and individual response.
Is every programme the same?
No. Each programme is customised around the client’s goals, intake results, and training response. The protocols are adjusted as progress develops.
How is my information handled?
Your intake information and training notes are handled with privacy and care. They are used to plan your programme and support your sessions.

From Science to a Mother's Mission

From Spain to Macau

Prof. Flora began in Spain, moving between laboratories and lecture halls while earning her PhD in Molecular Biology and Biomedicine and teaching Histology at the University of Seville Medical School. Later, her research path brought her to Asia, where she held postdoctoral positions across Macau and Guangzhou.

The work was meaningful, but academic life was unstable. During her final postdoctoral chapter, pregnancy, motherhood, fatigue, and brain fog changed the sharpness she had relied on for years. Searching for a steadier path, she completed postgraduate training in education and began teaching in schools across Macau.

Anabela — the inspiration behind MindLubella
My daughter Anabela training
The Mother and Trainer

When her older daughter began struggling with attention and self-regulation, the question became personal. As a biologist and biochemist, Flora understood the usual pathways, but she wanted to explore another option for her daughter, for herself, and for families facing the same uncertainty.

That search led her to the Brain International Training program and to certification as a neurofeedback brain trainer. While teaching in Macau, she saw how many children, teachers, and families could benefit from this work. MindLubella grew from that meeting point: rigorous science, lived motherhood, and a belief that people need practical tools to feel clearer, calmer, and more capable.

"Your beautiful light is already there. Let’s help it shine."
